How have others coped?

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2008 and have gone thru ups and downs over the years as to my ability to function out of the world as I would like without being encumbered by the physical and mental effects of my disease.
I have pursued physical strength and balance training in professional work out environments with mixed degrees of success – but none on an enduring and consistent basis. During a recent relapse I began to stumble and fall when walking. This condition constricted my ability to move around resulting in limiting where I could go and what I could do ….
